Riverstone Estate Planning & Probate believes that open, frank and frequent communication with a client helps ensure that client matters are effectively and efficiently represented. Once a new engagement is accepted, we expect that the terms of the engagement will be clearly understood, and documented in a formal engagement letter.

OUR PROCESS

The process begins by sending an engagement letter and questionnaire. Once we receive the engagement letter and questionnaire back, we tailor the estate planning process to your needs. We can help you by meeting with you through the estate planning process and with the execution of the documents or it can all be accomplished online.

ESTATE PLANNING

Riverstone Estate Planning & Probate is highly skilled in drafting, interpreting and administering wills, intervivos ("living") wills, testamentary trusts, and children's trusts. We do specialized planning for our clients to minimize gift and estate taxes. We also prepare marital agreements as well as examine state and federal estate tax structure.
